Robert Lebeck excels at capturing complex stories in deceptively simple compositions. Internationally recognized for his photojournalism and portraits of figures in the arts and culture, he is a master of interacting with his subjects in a playful manner that encourages them to open up-revealing both the public figure and the hidden private emotions.
